Delivery
We partner with trusted delivery agencies to ensure fast and reliable shipping across the country. This allows us to enhance service quality, reduce shipping times, In our Sydney and Melbourne we also provide installation of the furniture and removal - by request.
Lead Times
Contemporary furniture, planters and lighting : 16-20 weeks
Antiques : Instock
Artworks : 12-16 weeks
T&Cs
Supply of Goods: quotations / Invoice relates to the supply of the goods only . If required delivery and/ or installation would be an additional charge.
Orders: A 30% deposit is required to place an order and signed acceptance of purchase terms and
conditions. Full payment is due prior to dispatch from the warehouse.
Estimated time or arrival: At the time of purchase advice is provided and this ETA is an estimate only. The estimate is based on variable production and shipping times that can impact the arrival of goods.
Storage: Storage of orders can be arranged for up to 21 days if the balance of the order is paid in full. Further storage can be provide for an additional fee.
Change of Mind: Please choose your goods carefully. The products are made--to -order and customised in your choice of fabric and finish. We do not accept cancellations or refunds.
Warranty
Warranties can differ based on the product type and the supplier’s policies. Each of our manufacturers have its own terms, which can affect coverage and duration. We recommend checking the warranty details for each specific item to understand the protections offered. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to our team!
Consignment
We welcome clients to submit their high-quality items for consignment. Simply provide us with images and a detailed description of your items, and we’ll evaluate them for potential inclusion in our selection.
